Cycling for Cerebral Palsy Awareness and Support
Cyclists4Causes is partnering with J Smith – Support Children with Cerebral Palsy to organize a cycling event from Kisumu to Kakamega, covering 52 kilometers on 5th December 2026 starting at 8:00 AM. The event aims to create awareness about cerebral palsy, encourage inclusion, and raise support for affected children and their families.
J Smith – Support Children with Cerebral Palsy supports children living with cerebral palsy through nutrition assistance, diapers, therapy support, and essential care. The initiative works with vulnerable families to improve children’s wellbeing, monitor nutrition, and provide practical daily support.
Families caring for children with cerebral palsy are encouraged to come forward, connect with the outreach team, and seek assistance. No parent or guardian should feel alone or hidden because of stigma, financial challenges, or lack of support. This event is not only about cycling, but about building a caring community where every child is seen, valued, and supported.
